- This toner is a chemical‑exfoliating solution using 7% glycolic acid (an AHA) — a potent acid that helps remove dead skin cells from the surface.
- The effect: by sloughing off dead skin and promoting cell turnover, it aims to improve skin texture, smooth roughness, even out skin tone, and reveal brighter, more radiant skin over time.
- It can also help reduce dullness, fade uneven tone or dark spots, and potentially soften fine lines or signs of early aging — since regular exfoliation can stimulate collagen production and skin renewal.
- Use in the evening is recommended (after cleansing, before moisturizer).
- If you’re new to chemical exfoliation: start with 2–3 times per week (not daily), then increase gradually if skin tolerates it well.
- Apply either by cotton pad or by gently patting onto cleansed, dry skin (face and neck); no need to rinse off (it’s a leave-on toner).
- Avoid use with other strong actives (other AHAs/BHAs, retinoids, strong vitamin C) in the same routine to reduce the risk of irritation.
- Because glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity, daily use of a broad‑spectrum sunscreen is essential — especially after exfoliating or on days following use
